Terms of Service

By commissioning, you agree to these terms of service.1. General terms
● All the prices stated in the price list are for personal use and the finished illustration will not be profitable. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites, printing for yourself (not for selling).
● Comcom has the right to refuse or grade down the commission requests according to my capabilities in order to deliver decent results.
● Please provide references for the illustration that will be drawn and any references in written description ONLY will get charged with an additional fee.
● Every commission sketch and final stage will include the client's approval and the process will continue after it is confirmed. However, if the client doesn't respond 2 days after it has been sent, the process will continue without the client’s approval and after the sketch stage has been approved, no major edits or changes can be made. An additional fee will be charged if the previously approved illustration wants to have a major adjustment and extra details.2. Commercial use
● Any usage that has the potential to earn income, attract clients, and directly or indirectly financial gains, such as using the illustration for your branding (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or any social media platforms (Twitch/Youtube/etc) will be considered a commercial use.
● Commissioned illustrations for commercial use are only for original characters and NOT already existing or copyrighted characters (Anime characters, Video Game characters, etc).
● Any of the illustrations CANNOT be used for any NFT and AI purposes.TIER - CONTENTS - INCREASE-TIER 1 - PFP OR BANNER FOR ONLINE PAGES (TWITCH/YOUTUBE/TWITTER PROMOTION/ETC). - PRICE x1.5
-TIER 2 - FOR BUSINESS USE (PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL/USE FOR ONLINE/OFFLINE ADS/GAME ASSETS,ETC). - PRICE x2
-TIER 3 - ILLUSTRATION TO BE PRINTED FOR DISTRIBUTION (PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE/PRINTED ASSETS/ETC). - PRICE x2.53. Payment and Refunds
● Commissions should be paid 100% upfront or 50-50 (above USD 500) with VGen/Buy Me a Coffee/ Wise with the invoice sent through email and any payment made before I agree to your commission order form will be null and will NOT be refunded.
● Overdue half payment will be charged and once the commission is already in progress NO refund can be made.
● Refunds are available under reasonable circumstances:
- If Comcom is unable to complete the commission, refunds will be offered based on the current progress of the commission.
- If for any reason Comcom is unable to start your commission, the client will receive a full refund.
● Commission will be canceled if payment is not received 7 days after the invoice has been sent. However, the client can still reapply for the commission.4. Copyright/ Usage policy
● Comcom can use the finished commission on social media Twitter and Instagram and the client is allowed to re-upload the image with credits unless commercial use requests or wish to keep it private.
● Comcom may print the final commission and sell them on any digital marketplaces. However, this is not applicable to personal characters.5. Privacy terms
● During the payment process through Wise, both Comcom and the Client’s information (legal name and country) may be known to each individual. In this case, both parties (Comcom and client) agree not to share any personal information.
